In my haste to warn people about the malicious changes being imposed by PayPal to strip you of your rights under the law, I failed to notice that eBay is doing the same thing, and has an even tighter deadline for responding! If you want to opt out of eBay’s arbitration rules, you’ll need to send a similar letter
postmarked by Nov. 9, to:
