That's the kind of insight you can get from your own, independent attorney, and that you'll never get from the dealer.
If you're 99% sure you're getting a good deal, isn't it worth 1% of the price to make certain?
One thing to think about if you decide you want an RV: under Oregon's Lemon Law, a fifth-wheel RV that you tow with your own rig is NOT a motor vehicle that carries passengers. Thus, NO LEMON LAW PROTECTION. So checking on the dealership is even more important than usual before you buy a fifth-wheel RV. Anyone with the means to buy a new RV has the means to do a good, thorough check on the dealership, to find out what kind of problems other RV owners have experienced, and to have an attorney look over the contract of sale for you. Checking on the dealer and having a pro look at the contract is especially crucial if you buy a fifth-wheel or other tow-behind RV, because you may be seeing that dealer an awful lot if you wind up with a lemon. So be careful, and cautious before you spend tens or even hundreds of thousands of dollars on a new RV. That's the kind of insight you can get from your own, independent attorney, and that you'll never get from the dealer.
